This unique office space was finished in a contemporary industrial style featuring exposed ducts, tall ceilings, track lighting, brushed chrome door levers, and a muted color scheme. The effect was softened with the application of loop wool carpeting, painted wood trim, mahogany stained doors, and a classical appointed powder room. The use of custom-fabricated reeded glass throughout the office space allowed a flow of ample natural light while preserving privacy. A fully equipped kitchenette meets the needs of employees and guests alike.
